Finding Time to Run
Do you find it difficult to make time for your training runs?
You’re not alone.
We have 3 simple secrets that can help you manage your running time.
- Set Your Alarm and Pack Your Bag
While sleep may be precious, hitting that snooze button instead of getting up for your run often becomes a regret that you may not be able to make up for that day. If you’re running after work, pack your bag and after you clock out, change into your running clothes so that you’re ready to go.
- Make Friends with Runners
Find a running buddy or a running group. When you know someone is waiting for you, that accountability can help prevent a missed workout. Plus you’ll be multi-tasking: making time for your friends and making time to run!

- Save the Netflix Binge for After the Run
Instead of starting the latest TV show that sucks you into a 3-hour binge, wait until you’ve completed your run to watch any TV. Treat that relaxation time as a reward. You can also use it as an opportunity to foam roll.
What if I’m Ready For the Next Level?
Maybe you’ve managed your running time as much as possible, and you’re ready for the next level. Consider hiring a running coach!
