St. Pete Running Company is proud to present a 3-Week Summer Speed Project. We’d love for you to join us for this conditioning and running challenge.
What: Get ready to supercharge your summer with our exclusive 3-week Speed and Conditioning Program!
Who: Anyone who can run for 1-2 minutes without stopping and wants to improve their running. Participants must be healthy enough for vigorous running, strengthening, and similar activities.
When: Wednesdays starting August 21st. We will meet for three weeks (8/21, 8/28, 9/4) at 6:30 PM.
- Note that we aren’t offering a morning session. This program will be evenings only.
- Arrive at 6:15 PM
Where to meet:
- Northside Christian School Track: 7777 62nd Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709
- Note that this is a private track and not open to the public at any time

- Participants will embark on a challenging and invigorating training journey that includes:

- Core Strength: Build a solid foundation to improve overall stability and power.
- Explosive Plyometric Training: Develop explosive power and agility to elevate your athletic performance.
- Short Speed Interval Running: Increase your speed and endurance through targeted, high-intensity interval training.
Cost: This program is a non-refundable $33. Drop-in rate per session is $15.

About the Program:
- We will have two coaches on hand to provide quality instruction and challenging workouts and all the motivation you need to complete each session.
- By incorporating speed along with on-site strength and conditioning, you will develop the efficiency and power needed to run faster and stronger.
What to bring:
- Wear running clothing and shoes. Also, you need to bring 1 – 2 bottles of water and/or electrolyte and a towel or yoga mat is needed.
