What is Swim St. Pete?
Swim St. Pete has been developed to help you maintain and increase your endurance and proficiency in the swimming pool. We’ve assembled a coaching team of experienced swimmers and accomplished triathletes to take your swim training to new depths. We meet three days a week at Walter Fuller Pool, and we are offering you a free class! Here is how you can redeem the offer:

Now for the fine print 📝 – you may participate OR simply observe a class to see if you would like it, that’s completely up to you. This is valid for your first class only, without exceptions. You should have at least a basic / novice understanding of how to swim before you attend. We’ll take it from there!
What: Pool workouts led by expert coaches
When: At Walter Fuller Pool Tuesday/Thursday mornings at 5:30 AM sharp! Saturday mornings at 9:30 AM.
Where: Walter Fuller Pool: 7901 30th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33710
Who is it open to?: Swim St Pete is open to competent swimmers looking to become more proficient and efficient with their technique. (This is not a swimming lesson class; this is a coached training session. If you need swim lessons, contact us directly for a swim coach.)
What to bring: Goggles, swim cap and a towel. Also bring water or a sports drink and a snack to eat on the way home after training.
What to expect: The workout will be broken down into warm-ups & drills, a main set and a cool down. The coaches will break you into pace groups and lanes to complete your specific workout. Expect to share lanes with your pacing group!

NOTE BEFORE ATTENDING: We require swimmers to possess basic swim and breathing fundamentals. You should be able to swim a few laps, breathe to the side, put your face in the water, etc. If you are unable to do that yet, we recommend swim lessons to ensure competency in the water before coming to this training group. At this time our group does not provide swim lessons, but rather training.
