The Art and Science of Hydration

FreeHave questions about how to hydrate when your training? How much should you be drinking? Registered Dietician, Board certified Sport Dietitian and triathlon coach Jenn Hutchison will be in store teaching about how and when to properly hydrate your body.
Also, if interested we can help you determine out your sweat rate. You would weigh yourself before and after our group run. We have a community group run at 6:30pm on the Pinellas Trail.
You will leave with an understanding of how much you sweat, plus a hydration plan for your training. This is for runners of all abilities and anyone can benefit from this talk. This clinic is sure to be open and informative for runners and walkers of any ability level!
We will be offering discounts on hydration products at this event and samples of different electrolyte products.
