This class is conveniently scheduled before the fall racing season. Learn how to fuel your body for training and racing.
Jennifer will guide you through best practices for before running, during your run and after. The focus for this event if going to be on half and full marathons.
This is a good opportunity to learn how to take the guess work out of your race and get guidance from an expert.
About the speaker: Jennifer Hutchison is a registered dietitian and Board Certified Sport Dietitian. Jenn is also an accomplished Ironman athlete and coach. It is her passion to use her experience and love for athletics and her knowledge about proper nutrition to help other athletes perform their very best.
