Spring Speed Track Training 10 Week Program
St. Pete Running Company is proud to present our Spring Speed Track Training. This program is a 10 week program. Starting on April 3rd and running till June 5th, we'll meet on Wednesdays at 5:30 AM or 6:30 PM every week. The Program is set to focus on shorter distances getting you ready for Hippy Dash 5k and the St Pete Mile Track event.
You don't have to be fast to join us for speedwork. All levels of runners and joggers are welcome to come out for weekly workouts.
We will offer two session on Wednesdays and both sessions meet at Northside Christian School (Address: 7777 62nd Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709).
- Mornings at 5:30 AM.
- Evenings 6:30 PM.
This program has been developed to help increase your pace! We'll be working on strengthening and speed with interval running. We have assembled an expert coaching team to take your running to another level. Attendees should expect to become more efficient, faster and stronger at running. Bring a water bottle, a towel (yoga mat), running clothes and running shoes!
