Project 360 Track Training Program
St. Pete Running Company is proud to present our Project 360 Track Training Program. This is a 10-week program starting on June 19th and running till Aug. 21st. We'll meet on Wednesdays at 5:30 AM or 6:30 PM every week. Project 360 will focus on maintaining fitness during the summer with speedwork, strength training, and dynamic stretching.
You don't have to be fast to join us for speedwork. All levels of runners and joggers are welcome to come out for weekly workouts.
More running does not mean better running. We will get you stronger, faster and better aligned with less running. Our coaching team finds the summer months ideal for this type of training because of heat & humidity make it more difficult to log heavy mileage. Students can expect to be faster, more durable and mechanically stable at the end of the 10-week program. This makes an excellent foundation for a strong half-marathon or marathon campaign in the autumn.
We will offer two session on Wednesdays and both sessions meet at Northside Christian School (Address: 7777 62nd Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709).

This program has been developed to help you maintain and even increase your fitness level during the hot summer months. And get this, the key is actually running LESS and running more strategically. More speed, more efficiency, less running. It's the same concept world-class athletes use to train in hot conditions. We have assembled an expert coaching team to help you get faster than you are now. Attendees should expect to become more efficient runners, to be able to increase your current pace, and to learn how to properly train in heat. Bring a water bottle, a towel (yoga mat), running clothes and running shoes!
