One on One Running Coaching includes:
- An in-depth running form analysis
- Functional movement screening
- Running Form drills and dynamic warm-ups
- Strengthening, core, and balance exercises specific to the individual
- Recovery techniques to keep the body fresh and help with everyday running maintenance
We offer three options:
- 30 minutes for $45
- 60 minutes for $60
- 90 minutes for $90
