There’s additional parking behind LA Fitness. \nWhat: A relaxed Group Walk/Run along the Pinellas Trail. During fall and winter\, we run to and around Azalea Park and back. We have a 5K route\, but feel free to run whatever distance you’re comfortable doing. During spring and summer\, runs typically are an out & back format on the trail which allows participants the flexibility to go as short or as long as they want. Most people do anywhere between 15 and 40 minutes. You’ll almost always find someone who runs or walks your pace. \nWho: YOU! This Running Group is for everybody! You don’t have to be fast or skinny. You don’t have to look or act a certain way. You just have to be YOU! Our Running Group has quickly grown to an average of over 50 participants. We have a 5K route\, but feel free to run whatever distance you’re comfortable doing. During spring and summer\, runs typically are an out & back format on the trail which allows participants the flexibility to go as short or as long as they want. Most people do anywhere between 15 and 40 minutes. You’ll almost always find someone who runs or walks your pace. \nWho: YOU! This Running Group is for everybody! You don’t have to be fast or skinny. You don’t have to look or act a certain way. You just have to be YOU! Our Running Group has quickly grown to an average of over 50 participants. While we have plenty of walkers and some folks who prefer to run the whole time\, most of the group prefer to ease into a run/walk format. It’s normal for people to cover 1-3 miles at our runs although some go up to as many as 6 miles total. \nWhy: We run for fun\, for fitness\, for camaraderie. We’re not trying to set any records. We are in Marketplace Shopping Center\, across the street from Tyrone Square Mall. We are located just next to LA Fitness Gym. Feel Free to Park your car anywhere you want.
